A workshop for those who love experimentation. It combines freewriting with mixed media art to produce an art journal that has therapeutic value. I am IFS therapy informed.

You don’t have to be an artist – after all you can write in circles or invisible ink, paint over your words, punch the page with wild colours, or burn the paper. Stick the pages together if you want total privacy! Layering is encouraged. ​It’s a form of daily journal, and can help with writing blocks, new ideas, poetic expression, lateral thinking, and self-discovery. The aim is to help to change your emotional state. Mainly, however, it's a lot of fun!
