You don’t have to be an artist – after all you can write in circles or invisible ink, paint over your words, punch the page with wild colours, or burn the paper. Stick the pages together if you want total privacy! Layering is encouraged. ​It’s a form of journal, and can help with writing blocks, new ideas, poetic expression, lateral thinking, and self-discovery.
